Cesar E. Llano, Vice President of Land Development, directs all aspects of acquisition, site planning and related details involved in developing the concept of a new community. Cesar Llano was recently appointed by Governor Jeb Bush as one of the Board Members of the Miami-Dade Expressway Authority.

Fred Sanchez, Vice President of Construction, supervises the work that results in a home that meets Century specifications. He is a Builders Association of South Florida (BASF) Board of Director and has been working in the construction field for over 15 years.

Dayne Del Valle , Chief Financial Officer, is a certified CPA with over 10 years of financial experience. She oversees the accounting and finance department, which is dedicated to insuring the most accurate financial reporting, and is responsible for establishing and implementing corporate systems, policies and procedures.

Jessica E. Gonzalez, Vice-President of Sales & Marketing, directs the advertising, public relations and sales activities that tell the Century story and attract customers to our homes. She supervises the Century Sales Team.

Diana Manso , Closing Manager, directs a staff whose goal is to assist the home buyer with the many details related to securing the financing and closing on their new home.
